Who we are

reflo is built and operated by Rajat Gulati, an individual based in India. You can reach us at support@reflo.tech. These terms govern your use of reflo.tech and the reflo app. By creating an account or paying for reflo, you agree to them.

The service

reflo is a subscription web app. You sign in with your X account, and reflo reads the posts you have bookmarked there, text, images, videos, links, articles and threads, stores them, and answers the questions you ask about them.

Your X account and what reflo can do with it

You sign in through X’s own login screen, using the scopes tweet.read, users.read, bookmark.read, offline.access, and users.email. reflo is read-only on X: it can read your bookmarks and basic profile, and it never posts, likes, follows, or changes anything on your account. We store the access and refresh tokens X issues so we can keep syncing your bookmarks; they live on our servers and are never shown in the app. You can revoke this access at any time in your X settings (Settings > Security and account access > Apps and sessions), which stops syncing immediately.

Accounts and eligibility

You need an X account to use reflo. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, and the account must be your own; see Acceptable use below.

Plans, pricing and billing

reflo has one plan, priced in USD. Founder pricing is $12 a month or $99 a year for the first 20 accounts, then $21 a month or $179 a year. Prices shown exclude any taxes Dodo Payments adds at checkout based on your location, such as GST or VAT. Billing is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; your card statement shows the charge as DODOPAY_REFLO. Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.

If you joined at the founder price, it is locked to your account. It does not go up while you are subscribed, and if your subscription ends and you resubscribe later with the same account, you pay the founder price again. If you delete your account, the founder price ends with it.

Cancellation and lapsed accounts

Cancel any time from Your account. You can update your card through the Dodo Payments customer portal, which opens from the same page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your library becomes read-only: you can still browse your saves, but you can’t ask new questions or sync new ones until you renew. If a renewal payment fails, we keep your access for a few days while the card is retried, then the same read-only state applies.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment, strictly with a reason, and we review each request. The full policy, including when we may say no, is at reflo.tech/refund. To start one, cancel from Your account and the same screen asks, or email support@reflo.tech.

Acceptable use

Use reflo only with your own X account. Don’t scrape or resell data from the service, attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Availability and third parties

reflo depends on the X API to read your bookmarks; its availability and pricing are outside our control. If X changes or removes bookmark access, we may have to change or discontinue features, and we’ll tell you if that happens. Import limits under the current plan are up to your latest 500 saves on day one and 500 new saves synced each month; these may change with notice.

AI output

reflo uses AI to read your saves and answer your questions. AI answers can be wrong. Verify anything important before you act on it.

Intellectual property

Your bookmarks, questions, and everything else you put into reflo remain yours. By using the service, you grant us the licence we need to store, process, and display that data back to you in order to run reflo. reflo’s own software, design, and branding are ours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and the service is provided as is, without warranties beyond what the law requires.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may stop using reflo and cancel your subscription at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of New Delhi. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date, and for material changes we also email you.
